Windows 7 has already available for retail since October 22, 2009. Many of Windows user still hesitate to buy this new Operating System (OS), because Vista was a big flop from Microsoft and their user even prefer to stick with the older Windows XP. Those who think like that should have nothing to worry, because Windows 7 was originally intended to focused on upgrade Window Vista, rather than introducing a lot of new features that less than user friendly like Vista.

UAC supposed to be the core value of Vista in security compared to Windows XP, but in reality many user has turned off this feature because it's giving much more problems than advantages. In Windows 7 user can customize this feature much to their comfort to set what they can and can't do when they're working with their PC. UAC also provides better security againts malware.


4. Faster booting time. It still depends on what third party softwares you've installed on your PC, but overall it boot faster than Windows XP and Vista.

    I never could understand Windows Vista so I prefer Windows 7.
